 Frozen feeders?

I was wondering if anybody knew of a place that offers rats (all sizes) and chickens (all sizes, not just chicks). If they have pigletsthen that is a bonus. Thanks

Rodentpro.com. Also, check the KS classifieds for feeders. Some places have piglets and such. Rodent pro doesnt have piglets. They have mice, rats, chicks, quail, and rabbits i believe?

Would frozen shrimp be okay to feed to monitors? Just asking because it is meat after all. Has anyone ever gave their monitor shrimp and would there be any side effects? Just trying to think of ways to add more variety. Let me know what you think.

I feed my Black Throat a sea food(shrimp, octopus, musules....ect.) mix 1-2 times a week. She seems to enjoy it and I have not found any negative side effects yet

As long as they are whole shrimp with the heads still on it will be fine, but it isn’t really necessary. Rodents and birds are much more nutritious, and trust me, your monitor won’t get bored eating mice, chicks and quail, with occasional dusted insects thrown in. But if you insist on more variety, shrimp will be fine occasionally, just make sure they are whole animals, like all other food should be; and, be sure they are completely thawed of course. Monitors need the bones and guts for vitamins and minerals.
