 Nile Feeding.....

Hay people my Nile Monitor is about 2 1/2 feet at the moment he is on 1 mouse every 2 days and he refuses to eat locusts and for his size he should be eating 1-2 mice a day he isnt skiny or nothing and he is out everyday i just want to know how much shall i try and feed him per day and why wont he eat as much as a normal monitor the temp in 110 f so thats fine and i dont know if it’s a girl or boy even though i have had him for 1 year thanx for all your help

check your humidity levels.if it’s too dry it may begin to brumate and eat less.
just a theory.
is 110F the air temp or surface temp of it’s basking spot?

110f what?? If it is basking surface temps then it is too low if it is air temps it is too high. If you live in a cooler climate this time of year the mass temps drop. So check the surface temps throughout the cage. If they are too low the monitor will eat less often.

Also be sure you are up to par with the other areas of support.
