 Power Feeding

Only 3 pinkies a week?
Should be more like 3 hoppers a day at that size with as many criclets or roaches as it wants.

"power feeding" is a retarded snake term. you are underfeeding it. if it will eat daily, feed it... bugs, mice it can swallow, turkey burger, fish, etc. mostly whole prey stuff. you don’t have to worry about obesity in a growing juvenile nile unless you have it living in a small shoebox enclosure.

it’s unusual for a pet store to try to steer you away from buying things, too. good luck with him.

She is probably hoping they’ll starve to death so you’ll buy replacement monitors. It’s been said already, but feed as much as they want to eat. Let them grow to their full potential. Just pray they don’t eat you broke.

Power Feeding, is a non existant term.

Usually told to new keepers by petstores and dealers trying to justify barely feeding their animals.
Actually not powerfeeding is cruelty.
