i honestly only handle him maybe 2-3 times a week (there is no hope of taming him) and thats for a bath,cage cleaning, and redecorating climbing materials

and as for the dare, this is where he caught me off gaurd last week, i couldnt get a good pic but you can see where he got a good snack

eh, thats hardly a snack...youre lucky it’s still small...

its not impossible to tame a nile (some are though)..when theyre young..theyre almost always flightly, and if they arent..just wait till theyre older...

yeah but he didnt let go then either until i ran his body under some water. i laughed while he just hung by my skin, my girlfriend didnt think the blood was too funny though, he was like less than a millimeter away from my vein! it was funny but painful. too bad i didnt have my camera on hand.

Try getting bit by a big snapping turtle, they wont let go either. You have to put them under water also.
