 Paint fumes

I made a rock formation with plaster and it really cool i painted it with acerlic paint and some spray paint. Are small amounts of fumes bad for a Savannah? I let it air out for about a day and i set up the cage and there still is abit of smell, is that dangerous?

 Paint fumes

yes. put it in the sun outside for several days. acrylic is better vs. spray paints with respect to fewer VOCs or whatever they rate fumes with. rule of thumb: if you can smell it still, it’s not dry yet...plus it will emit more vapor if a heat lamp is on it in an enclosure vs in your home at room temp. put a brick or stone in the monitor’s cage until your pseudo-rock is dry.
