All of Junior’s and Marilyn’s eggs from Sept have hatched but reds and Genies are slow. Some of Red’s from Sept have hatched and now some of hers from Nov are hatching also. As far as I can tell the Sept ones are good. A bit strange. Some of the babies look a bit weak but I just got a bunch of small hornworms as well as minimealworms and small crickets. The hornworms seemed to stimulate eating with my last clutch.

On of Red’s kids was trying to bite me (less than 24 hours old) when I transfered it from the incubator to the nursery. Way to funny.

Hi Bonnie!
How’s things!
I know what you mean, I still have one left from the October clutch that refuses to hatch, though I can see veins in it when I candle it! Arrg, my "pet extreme" female just finished laying eggs. This is probably going to take my total to over 40!!!!!! I am very excited. i was wondering if she was ever going to lay, but she has! hahaha. Do you notice different times form eggs? Like, are some just slower than others in hatching? Weird, I can’t get these sons of guns to hatch! Arrg, well I ma really genuinely happy for you, you deserve every bit of success you have! Well, I’ll see ya round. Actually I’m sick now, so I may be at home all of tomorrow. Hopefully not, but we’ll see...

I’m thinking I accidently switched lids and the correct eggs are hatching. Guess it doesn’t really matter anyway. I have one of Genie’s that I think is dead in the egg. I think I see a little fuzz starting to grow on the shell. The other 2 that are still viable are very yellow with a big blotch of red on the bottom. All of her others have gone bad.
One of Marilyn’s was found in the cage a month after she laid and it hatched. Didn’t think it would.

Red just laid another clutch but most of them look yellow. We’ll see.
