Shedding Shedding is different for all species, I believe. My geckos shed much more often than by Beardies or my MHDs. When they are growing they obviously shed more than they do when they are adults. Seems like the adults shed every 4-6 months so it we see it 2-4 times a year with them. What do you have your humidity set at? Is he WC or CB? The pic is pretty grainy so I can’t really tell much but when they get ready to shed the skin gets lighter like it does with the geckos but they shed in sections as opposed to all of their skin at one time. Hope that helps. Angie

Shedding Hi...
You might have your temps too high...I keep mine at a range of 72-78 daytime and it’s about 85 if they get as close to the lights as they can. They come from a rainforest environment and the temps usually don’t get as warm as you indicate.
WC - wild caught
CB - captive bred
Most likely your MHD is wild caught especially if he is full grown. Do you know what your UVB output is....is it a 5.0, 10.0 etc.? They like to have light but they don’t need a high UVB like a beardie. They usually are under canopy dwellers which means they stay under the tree canopy in the wild, usually 4-6 feet off the forest floor. There have been recent studies that indicate that too high a UVB output can actually damage their eyes, especially if they can get too close to the lamp. I use a 5.0 UVB on mine.
Hope this helps you. Angie
