Housing i know with chameleons you can not use any aquariums for housing because of stress do to reflections. is the same for mhds or is an aquarium fine? usking the chameleon style full mesh tanks im having a harder time keeping the humidity up. the temps and all are fine, and i have an automister on the tank, but i think it would be easier with an aquarium. im also thinking of make a custom tank that is basically like a stacked tank style, but more heigth and depth to it. any suggestions? i just dont want to do anything drastic right now because he seems okay, but i think it would be more beneifical in the long run to put him in a different tank.
Thanks

Housing I have them in both glass and mesh tanks. The only problem with glass (and I know they do this with mesh also) is nose rubbing. You can always cover the bottom 6 or so inches if that happens.

Housing thanks for the replies. do either of you have chameleons? im having the same problem with humidity there. i know he cant go into a glass aquarium, but im having difficultly with covering it most of the way because of the lights on the top. i dont want any fire hazards.
