Lepidogaster photos Here are 2 photos of my Lepidogasters. 5 of my females are gravid at this time. and here is the 2nd. The males seem to be more brightly colored then the ladies, but their colors do change. Very chameleonesque in their color contrasts.

Lepidogaster laying egg I caught the female dropping one egg. Several hours later when I went back to check on the egg population and her, I found that she had died. She was apparently egg bound. What a shame. The egg seems ok . Its currently being incubated and hopefully within the next several months , an offspring may appear. ..........I hope.

Lepidogaster laying egg
Oh, I am sooo sorry she died. I love these lizards and to hear that just breaks my heart. I bought one at a pet store and fell in love with her. She sadly died and I spent a lot of money in one day trying to save her. They never told me anything about her, b/c they didnt know crap about them. I have been looking for one not from a pet store. They suck! That picture of her looked very sad b/c she looked sick.. I am so sorry. I really hope the little egg makes it. Are you keeping the egg warm now that she is gone? If the egg makes it, I would love to see pictures. I’m sure you wont want to sell the baby, but I am here if you do.. :) Take care!!! L
