 What are these lumps ?

I bought a MHD last week, it had a small lump on its chin and missing one horn we were told shipping incident. It ate 5 super worms the day we got it home, and hasn’t eaten since. The lump on its chin grew bigger quickly and now has many dark coloured lumps on the abdomen on both sides and pale flesh exposed on its knees and elbows. Looking very sick please help !!!

The lumps are very wierd, especially if they are growing. I can’t imagine what would cause that, maybe injuries that are infected?? I don’t bet even with a picture I would have any advice, of course, a vet would be your very best option.
Missing horns are normal during shipping, none of mine had theirs, that is not a big deal. The knees and elbows could be normal too, if it is just like, the scales that got scraped off, if it is actual flesh showing that could be very bad and get infected.
I’d say he was probably wild caught and has been through a whole lot of rough shipping and handling, which really sucks and is very sad. It is fantastic that he ate right away, make sure to keep him very hydrated and try to offer crickets or a nightcrawler which have more nutrition in them. I would get to a vet ASAP, he will probably need some antibiotics, and you may end up having to force feed, which isn’t too very hard, but you definatley want to get those lumps looked at.

Sounds like a type of external parasites. I’ve hear of people using cod liver oil to rid of mites. But I would be cautious since they’re around it’s mouth. At least call a herp vet and get their opinion.

The Lumps that you are talking about does your MHD still have them cause if it does it sounds like the same thing that one of mine has. I have been working with my vet for about a month now trying to fix the problem and I am going to a Herp vet on May 2nd. If the vet can tell me what it is and how to cure it I will be sure to let you know.
