I got my first MHD a couple of months ago as a rescue so I didn’t know alot about him. After a trip to the vet we believe he is a male and I’ve done a ton of research online about him and I’m pretty sure he’s a crucigera based on his appearance. From my reading though, they are supposed to be pretty aggressive and he is not at all. We handle him without any problems and he is quite content hanging out on our shoulder/head while we watch tv. Well I’m thinking of getting another one and want to house them together. So obviously it would need to be a female but does it also have to be a crucigera? I found one on Kingsnake however I’m not sure what sub-species she is so I’m not sure if it would be wise to house them together. The enclosure I have is 4 feet tall, 2 feet wide by 20 inches deep so they should have plenty of room but I don’t want to get this female if it’s not going to work out and risk one of them getting injured or anything. Thank you in advance!
