I am only 14 and i got my yellow throated plated lizard in November. however I’m not quite sure if that is what she is. she has red along her sides. is about 11 inches right now. she also has two VERY distinctive whitish- yellowish stripes running down her entire body. eats crickets (I’m not sure about fruit and veggies she hasn’t eaten them yet). and she has little flaps of skin on her sides. triangle shaped ears. here are 2 pictures of her. ANY AND ALL information will be VERY much appreciated.

she is a yellow throated plated lizard for sure. she is also a baby if she is 11 inchs because my girl is 18 inchs. also mine have never had a liking for fruits and veggies. ive have set out all sorts of fruits and veggies and never seem to care. she should be in a 40 gallon at least and should have 90-100 for basking and air temps about 80. 4-6 inchs of soil is good. I use eco- earth because it’s great for burrowing and is organic. last should mist daily and change the water bowl every day. well thats about it
