 Housing a couple together.

Question for you Plated lizard experts, I’m considering picking up a pair of these guys. Not sure if it’s a male and female however. I’m planning on housing them in a 60 gallon tank, that’s roughly 4 feet long.

Now would this be ok? If it turned out to be two males would I have any problem? there both currently around 8 inches in length. Thanks for any advice!

look on my thread labled " just to clear things up-the plated lizard species". it will tell you how to sex it at the bottom of the page.
males and females should do okay together. i’d upgrade to a 80+ gallon tank when they get full grown.
males and other males are territoral and will kill each other. if they are males, then they need seperate tanks.
