I don’t know much about getting snakes over there but maybe you could have a breeder ship a nice blood from the US to you in the UK, That’s what Snakey did. You should try to talk to him.

But the temperament, as long as they are CB they should be fine, as babys though they may be a bit nippy but they will grown out of that with normal handling, hope that helps.

just shows what little that female manager at that pet shop knows about Bloods which is often the case unfortunately. People become experts based on hearsay rather than actual experience.

I have kept , bred and worked with snakes for over 20 years and it never ceases to amaze me what rubbish some pet shops come out with as well as other people going on hearsay etc.

Shop around if your getting a blood and do look for a CB animal, I got mine shipped from Bob Clark as I wanted quality and to be 100% sure I was getting a breeding pair.

Whereabouts in the UK do u live coz in Pottersbar, hertforshire, near me there is a full grown blood for £500 i don’t know if it is a morph coz i know nothing about bloods but he was like dark red and kinda beige marbled, he was big tho so I dunno if u want a hatchling.
