 Blacklight heat bulbs good or bad?

I use Black light heat on all my reptiles please let me know if this is BAD! yes or no will do!

according to my research... you should use regular reptile lighting during the day and a reptile black light at night... this will simulate day/night changes and maintain accurate temps
