WEIGHT? 
Hey all, I was wondering,how much do male bloods and female bloods weigh when fully grown,and could someone post pics of a blood python(preferably an adult blood) with a ruler or some means of measurement beside the python.PLEASE!!!

A male blood should reach about 5 - 5 1/2 feet, a female 6 to 7, and weigh up to 40 pounds. Mine is not adult yet, so I can’t really post a pic of what you want to see. I have seen some adult pics posted on some other snake forums, just do a yahoo! search and have a look. You can see mine on another thread.

Check the photo gallery, pyhtons-Blood and short tail, on this site, All 3 of my adults are pictured there. My male is 5’+ 18-19lbs, the really RED female coiled up in the Vision cage, is 5’+ 20 -21lbs. and my large female is 7’ 35-40lbs. Sorry really nothing for comparision in the pics.
