I tried just dangling the mouse in front of her but she didnt even care. then i put a live one in there and she gobbled it right up so i knoe she was willing to eat. also what is the best way to kill the mouse at? the one killed i used the handle of a screwdriver to bludgen it to death. horrific i know. but it seemed like the best way at the time. mybe just smother it? Be very careful, and make sure that your snake is not seeing your hand as food as well, it may look to big to eat. I often feed a couple of mice or rats at one feeding so maybe the first one feed live then the next stun it but don’t kill it. I know that this seems mean but if you crack it over the head with the screw driver and it is still twitching, it is knocked out. It wont feel a thing. try different things like dangling, just let lay there and twitch, just keep trying different things.
