New guy with pics

What a great site. I’m new to the site and here are some pic’s of my baby Ankh and his cage. I made the cage out of an old Entertainment center I had. The cage is lined with plexi glass and the seem are silicone seealed. It is 38 x 18 x22 it several hides and a nice water dish for him. I use the CD side to store my supplies. I still need to cover the light section and the lower section with a bamboo. cover.

i love custom cages so much more creativity especially with a little blood in it nice job, why did you choose to use plexiglass instead of treating it with poly or epoxy seems like plex would be more expensive just curious?

To be truthfully it didn’t even dawn on me to do that. I know i could line it with Plexiglases and get a nice water tight seal. I will need to look into the poly or epoxy method for my next project. Thanks for the input.
