 Confused about cage sizes

hey can everyone tell me what they keep there burmese pythons in and the sizes im looking to buy one but need to make sure i can accomadate said snake. Ive researched them in depth but no two sources say the same tank sizes. What are the minimum sizes you would or have heard about being used.

i already own a red tail boa constrictor and a ball python but i wanna take the next step larger

The Adult Burm needs at least a 10 foot cage. If 12 then that’s enough space. Maybe a 10ft Vision Cage online..

do you mean 10 feet in length or 10 square feet cause i no which i can provide. I know about the square foot-foot of coil rule to some degree (if it helps i plan on getting a male)

cage size depends on a few things. do you plan on taking the snake out often for exercise? size of the snake because not all burms get that big. one thing some go by is , the cage should be half the length of the snake and one third deep . height depends on your personal prefference..

certaintly. I always have the snakes i have now out a fair bit. I heard that feeding scheduldes can help regulate the size and i also know of keepers who have both power fed and stunted there snakes growth so i was wondering if its as crazy an idea to do this as it sounds. I know i can easily find a 4 by 2 by 2 tank (my male red tail will end up in one) but i dont think this would do but what about a tank that is 5 by 2 by 2 i think i could find one of those easily enough any bigger than that and i know i cant accomodate a burmese
