 Question for Grunt

hey man i got a question for ya, you said that burmese tanks can be flexible depending on the handling. All my reptiles get handled daily so it would recieve a good bit of handling. I have 10 square feet at my disposal maybe 12 i plan to get a male since they get smaller than females, also in a few years (about 5 years) ill be moving so i will have more room.

untill that point could i house a male burmese in a 10 or 12 square foot tank with daily handling. Cheers in advance man

 Question for Grunt

many people do keep thier burms in cages of the sizes you mentioned. I as well as many others us 6ft vision cages , neodesha or other commercial cages . I also use some home made 8ft cages for some of my larger animals. my animals are handled frequently , buit not as often as I would like do to my work schedule , without any attitude changes from my snakes. not everyone has a whole room to dedicate for 1 snake but IMO that does not mean that other people should not have them as long as they take good care of them.

 Question for Grunt

cheers for replying so soon man i was expecting this thread to die without a responce most people on here dont know the answers properly or just dont post and most of the people that do know and are helpfull are busy. I have loads of spare time its my reptiles college and homework that takes most of my time. Im glad they arent likely to change tempers if not given daily handling because i dont wanna go on holiday and come home to an angry 13 foot python. Yeah im in college living at home so i cant give one snake one room particularly when i gotta sleep there and i have a ball python and a red tail boa already in the room and soon im gonna go out and buy my 13 year old sister a jungle carpet python so theres room for one more snake and i always wanted a burmese. Yeah my reptiles are all well kept and in good health as u can see by these photos of some of my collection:

cheers for answering from looking around this board and the answer u gave me in the other thread i figured you were the best person to ask

im guessing u have a lot of burms?
