Burm likes this but is it safe my new albino burm had shed leftovers all over her when i got her so i have the humidity hovering in mid 90s and tried something odd i had a new pummus stone never used that i wasn’t very rough but rough enough that i figured id slide it the length of her body to remove the shed which it did a fine job of it she seemed to really enjoy it she started trying to do circles around it in my hand so i left it for her to rub against and she did this for hours but is this safe for her to be doing

Burm likes this but is it safe 90 % humidity is entirely too high. You should not have any kind of stuck shed if it is indeed that high. Maybe your guage is wrong? With proper humidity you will not need the pummus stone or the like. BUt it shouldn’t hurt the burm regardless.

Burm likes this but is it safe i raised the humidity to those levels as i got her with shed still on her the idea of the post was to see if pummus would harm her in any way i raised humidity to get rid of excess shed when she got here

Burm likes this but is it safe Na, its all good. Personally I would soak the snake for a while in a tub. Then let her run aorund and use the stone if it wants to. Shouldn’t be any worries in that.
