Just out of curiosity, how exactly does one remove the eggs from a tank when they are being guarded by a 15 foot long, 110 lb python? I suspect "Very Carefully" will be part of the answer??

correct carefully is part of the answer. another part is carefully. LOL.

actually she was very well behaved, I reached in and gently grabbed her by the back of the head and we unwound and lifted her off the eggs and put her in a tote until we were done cleaning and putting the eggs in the incubator.

That is an absolutely gorgeous snake. If it were not for the size difference, I would rather have an albino burmese rather than my blood python.

I read that they won’t eat while incubating a clutch... does that hold true if you remove the eggs?

if you remove the eggs and clean the cage and the snake real well they will eat within a week. as long as they dont smell the eggs they will go right back to eating
