In NY I believe you need to contact the dept of aggriculture for a permit. most states at this point do not need permits here in Ma burms are legal but not afrocks, annie’s or retics without permits. |

also im pretty sure you can find a pet shop {even a small one} that will buy one for you. Some times they will request payment in full before you get it tho. just some ideas for you |
