 A little ha ha for you

Ok ive had my baby monster Honey for 1 1/2yrs now. Shes 7ft long and not sure on weight. I check on my snakes daily to be sure no one has escaped. Well I went out of town for about a day and a half and never thought Id come home to the funniest thing ive ever seen.
My Honey decided to remove her lid {ok has 7 clips...no idea how she did this} form her 100 gal tank. I had breeding rats {med sized} in the same room...about 15 of them....notice i say HAD? Honey not only decided to get out but she tipped over her friends {my ball pythons} and they had a free for all rat dinner. I came home to a huge albino burm and 3 ball pyhtons sitting in the closet. {they all know each other, have out time together} All cureled up on a heat pad i leave out for just in case moments of escapes.

They knocked over the breeding racks and ate every rat i had....I could only LOL so hard i stopped breathing. The site of them all sitting in the closet looking at me like "Yes mom?" did me in. Every one was fine, no ouchies...but now im out breeding rats

they were before we started to remodel. we are making one room of our home just for our snakes. so for the moment every one was in the same room {exept the 2 QT baos}

the room the reptiles are in now is pretty much the pet room. my hubby and i are making the spare room in our home "pet safe" We have added alot of things like more outlets,dimmer lights,special heaters that are not hot to the touch {base board heat} back up heat sorces...the works. its now just a matter of geting it all together. our next investment to this room is custom built enclosures. we spend alot of time and cash on our snakes, we love them alot :)

Not to dredge up an old post, but....it was too funny not to!
Great story, sounds like something my little guy (BP) would do.
