 Big snake, big money...

Well, there is this story about the value of a 30+ foot snake: 50000 dollars! I am sure most have heard about it. The not-exactly-that-big Fluffy has helped to put 35000 in Bob’s pocket. At 24 feet she is still a huge one.

I am not sure but she’s from the original tiger clutch.. How long has it been since? 13, 14 years??? I don’t know.
Well, Midgard has surpassed 20 feet herself!! So she is number 3 under my care to reach that length. First it was Anastacia, then MA and now Midgard. Wow! Am i some keeper or what?..LOL ;)

everybody always talks about bob clarks FLUFFY but I seen her in a zoo on youtube and people at reptile expos tell me he did sell her to a zoo. so although he raised her big and beautiful he still didnt keep her til she was old and died.

We have a few big girls (if we are sharing large snake sizes here) two at 21’ one at around 22’ and one around 26’ish.

Also Bob Clark did actually sell the fluff to the zoo, originally rented it but decided to let them buy it after months of them offering. I read it was because of shipping but I don’t know for sure...not my deal.

I see a lot of posts about ’Fluffy’ and debate of whether she was sold to a zoo or not.

I live next to the columbus zoo, and they purchased this snake a few months ago. We had a big article in the paper and a group of people who were angry because the purchase encourages people to try to raise huge snakes.

Anyway, it happened.
