Hi i have just bought a one month old tiger retic ,are all young retics, snappy how many times a week should i Handle him,i made the mistake of not handling my blood to much and he is well snappy

Well for the first week I get my herps I try not to handle them ( I know its hard but try not to )
I let them settle down to their new enviorment and then the handleing beggins!
I usually handle them a couple time a week for the first few weeks then after a while I play with them for around 20 min a day or 30 min every other day...
Another good ’’tameing’’ trick is to get a sweated out shirt of yours ( no purfume just sweat ) and leave it in their cage for a day or a couple or hours everyday ( for around a week ) and that gets them used to your scent..

Well haveing a 10ft snake that is mean/agressive can prolly be a bit scary lol byt they can be’’calmed down’’
Theirs hooks out their that are for large/big/huge snakes and theirs pokeing sticks witch moves and gets the snake used to a little handleing...
Theirs plenty ways to avoid haveing a mean huge snake..

Mezzo, are you saying that you think it will get to around 10ft?? the largest retic is over 22ft. That was bred by Bob Clark.

The largest retic was 33ft
the largest retic alive I guess its bob clarks....
prolly no normal retic will stay 10-12ft
They prolly get around 14-18ft on AVERAGE but usually females can get bigger then that I know plenty of people who have 18-21ft retics....
