 Home Made Enclosure!

hey all, i just finished makin this enclosure for my Retic RP, its made out of 3/4" melamine, its 6x2x18" so it will hold my guy for a little while..hes just about 6 feet now, the light on the inside is screened well and there is no risk of burns, i am just waiting for a Radiant Heat Panel and a thermostat to come in and then he will be moved in, tell me what ya think

looks nice.
i`m a carpenter by trade so i do have to say , be careful with the moisture when using melamine.
seal all your joints and corners with silicone cauling
melamine is excelent material as long as water doesn`t get into it through the edges.

How much does that cage weigh? I have a 8 footer made of the same stuff and I have to move it but I think it’ll be easier to knock out a wall in my house and get a crane for that thing.

both the heater, and thermostat i ordered from boaphiles, the thermostat is made by ranco, and im not to sure who manufactures the heat panels

and the enclosure weighs quite a bit, but its not that heavy, i can move it around by myself with a slight struggle involved, so id say around 150-200 lbs
