 Weight?

I rescued 2 burms and a retic from a really irresponsible owner but haven’t had a snake this size. She is 10 ft in length and I am unsure what she should weigh. She is weighing in at about 20 lbs or less. Thats right I said less. I tried feeding her a jumbo rat just because her mid area is so slim. but she wouldn’t eat. I’m very concerned that shes underweight

she is probably stressed out from the move so what i would do is make sure her temp/humidity levels are right and make sure she has some clean water. Let her settle in for a few days and then try offering her a meal, make sure there are no distractions (dont sit in front of the enclosure and watch her) so leave the room maybe and come back in 20 min or so and see what happened. If she hasn’t taken intrest to it still then pull the rat back out and try again in a couple days or so. You shouldn’t leave live prey in with your animals but a jumbo rat isn’t going to hurt a 10’ retic, and if it does then get rid of the retic and keep the rat :Þ
