 Is there a place to get paperwork on retics?

If you know where someone got their retic and you now have it but no paperwork on her/him would it be possible to contact the place that they were bought from and get some ?
I have a female jampea dwarf from nerd but i received no paperwork on her and was hoping to get some for future references.
