Thinkin bout gettin a retic baby

I was just wandering what the success rate on ordering baby snakes online have been for some of you. I have found several retic babies starting at 75 and going up from there. Do the fresh hatchingles usually do well or does anyone know much about it.

and how fast do the hatchinglings usually grow in their first year with proper feeding.

I have never owned a reti. or any other large snake (only a currently 5’4’’ red tail boa) but I know that a burmese python will grow 6 feet in its first year. So just try your guess with that.

depending on where you buy it from. your best bet would be to go to someone like Bob Clark ,Slither Inc.,or Nerds someone reputable. I made this mistake and now only buy from Nerds, because I am close enough to look before I buy..Growth rate depends on animal some like to eat and some don’t eat as much, also depends on what you consider a proper diet, But the most important part of owning a retic is being ready for a retic . So with that said Good Luck and thanks for the revival.
