 Great Deal!

it’s not too big, but it might run too close to the floor, if that makes any sense. If a cage is elevated so that the bottom is about three feet off the ground, then the snake doesn’t see your feet stomping around and will use the whole thing, including ground level, because he’s not threatened. If the floor of the cage has to be lower, he might stay higher up. Which, in a cage that size is fine, but it means you’ve got to make sure the upper half is set up very well, that’s all. And watch out for dehydration, because he might not be comfortable climbing down and soaking. others will go the opposite way. They’ll hide at ground level and not want to come out when people are walking around. We look a lot bigger and scarier from down there.

He might not even care, but those are things to watch out for. Also, some people have issues maintaining temperature and humidity in cages that height. What heating system does it use? Is there anything built in, or are you still assembling all the pieces/parts that you’ll need for the system?

By the way, I’m not trying to talk you out of this cage at all. Just trying to bring up potential problems in advance so you aren’t caught by surprise.
