Well take him to a vet (if you have means to one). If not try soaking him in a buchet for a day or 2 maybe threy’ll drown. Or you might have to try the old fashin way wit tweesers and get the head. The head will keep sucking without the body. But i dont have experience with tick removing on snakes. Vets your best bet if you have one near.

Soak the snake in warm water for 1-2 hours. This should drown the ticks, also fully clean out the snakes cage (change the bedding ect..) If the ticks dont come off youll have to see a vet.
Hope this helps

Hmmm...

Ticks? Hmmm... Well, I’ve never heard of "ticks" on reptiles before. Other parasites like mites- oh yeah. Could be though, I’m not an expert on snake parisites. DEFINITELY check with a vet if you can! Also, look up a pictorial guide to parasites, and see if you can get a positive id on the critters. However, no matter what kind of parasite you have, it needs to breathe. Insects breathe through their sides, not through "nostrils" or "mouths". This is why when we mamals get them, drowning/suffocations works. For ones close to the surface, apply a smoodge of vaseline, and hang on for a few minutes (give it about ten or fifteen). This may get them to let go. Then, you can wipe off the excess, and pull them off (watch those heads) with a tweezer.

Ball pythons get ticks almost as much as mites. Get to a vet. Soak the snake in lukewarm water for half an hour to an hour, you must be watching it the whole time so it doesn’t injur itself. Change all the bedding clean the cage and hides and everything in the cage with a 1:10 bleach solution and then rinse for a long time with water.
