 Regurgitating again and again

I’ve worked with snakes a bit and never seen this...
I adopted a baby rusty rat snake from a reputable rescue group who said that he was feeding f/t fine. I waited a few days after getting him to let him settle then fed a pinkie. He ate it eagerly but a couple days later regurgitated. I waited a week and the same thing happened. I waited two weeks and tried again...he was much less eager to eat but still regurgitated after a few days. He’s shed once since I’ve had him (about 2 attempted feedings ago. Any suggestions?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

There could be a few slight problems but I need more information in order to figure out whats wrong, can you send a pic of your enclosure as well as the temps and humidity as well as what your using for heating ect.
