my grey ratsnake has red-orange dots or coloring between his scales if you look closely-



is this normal?

okay, i was a bit worried it was parasites or something because he lost his appetite for mice and stinks when i pick him up, but i guess that’s just his musk as a defense.

is he wild caught?
if he is wild caught I would be Spraying him down (and his cage) with zoo-med mite off
and some kind of bacterial medicine.

could i mix the mite off with water and put it in my misting bottle and mist the enclosure that way?

no not put it in the water bowl!

i meant could i mix the mite off with water and put it in the misting bottle?and mist the cage that way or will the water make the mite off useless?

oh i though it was a small bottle with a cap,without a sprayer.
i think he shed while i was gone to canada,in the middle of 1-5 weeks ago.
