 Considering building a critter condo

i have 1 yellow rat snake (coolest personality)
1 bairds rat snake
2 corns
and a male jungle carpet python.

i want to build something that is 5 units stacked.
with the JCP cage 4’x2’x2’ and have the rats and corns in 4’x2’x1’
does that sound good?
with no experience in the matter, what materials would you recommend?
any tips?? thoughts?

i meant to say have 4 units, each being 4’x2’x1’ and a 4’x2’x2’ for the python.
so each snake would have their own cage
