a jungle & a normal- they mate.. what are the chances of the off spring being jungle?? would they be mixed?? or all normal?

Hello....
it really depends. Some strains of jungle are line bred (multiple genes) and some are dominant. Most of the pet store jungles i believe are dominant. SO if it bred with a normal you would either make jungles and normals or all jungles if it is a dominant jungle. BUt if it is line bred, then it will create more normals than jungles/abberants. Do you know if it is a jungle or is it abberant?

Lex, Jungle corns are hybrid crosses of cal king and corns.
they are not morphs and have nothing to do with genetics.
if you cross a cal king with a corn its what they call a jungle.
if you cross any of the offspring to each other or any other corn or cal king they will still and always will be hybrids. this is a intergenus cross.
and has nothing to do with genetic mutations.
there are NO mutated genes involved in jungle corns.

Normal is a dominant gene, so chances are you’d get mostly normals. However, I’m not saying you won’t get a few jungles as well.
