My rat broke 4 of its toenails yesterday! She was climbing and jumping around then she fell. i didnt think anything happened because the fall was only about 11 inches but then she started squeeking and so i picked her up carefully and she climbed right up to my shoulder like she always did but then i saw litle red footprints all over my shirt! her toes were bleeding. it was hard to stop the bleeding but it finally stoped and shes ok now. it still looks sore but she walks fine and she hasn’t squeeked since yesterday.

Poor baby! glad you stopped the bleeding toenail bleeds on any animal are a pain when it comes to bleeding! just make sure it doesnt get infected or anything and she should be fine! GL!
