Can I introduce another female to a cage with a female and a litter
We had two cages of mice, sadly our dogs got to one of the cages, with only one mouse surviving the attack. The other cage has one female with her little of 3 little ones, they are a week old today. We would like to put the other female with her. Would that be bad? This is her first liter, and the other female may be pregnant as well. She just seems sad to be alone, we have always kept them altogether. Not playing as much or even coming out of her house, we have checked her for injuries and she is fine.

Can I introduce another female to a cage with a female and a litter wait until the babies are opening their eyes... and introduce her in a neutral area during a cage cleaning(like what you put them in to clean their cage) and scrub the cage extra good... by then the momma wont kill the litter as they are pretty much weaned... gl!
