I have 2 females & 1 male mice. they have been together for a month and no babies yet. How old do mice have to be to have babies. I got them from Petco. I have 2 snakes to feed the pinkies to . And how old should the pinkies be befor I take them away for feeders. thank you for your help.

Hate to say it but generally petco mice are too old to breed but you might get lucky... I believe that once the mice are bred and prego babies will show up around 21 days later but dont quote me I have never kept track of these things... I have never had much luck with mice... specially petco ones... theoretically a mouse can have babies when they are around 6wks however its not recomended to breed that young as its very hard on mom, most breeders I know try to wait til 5or so months... and you can take the pinkies as soon as they are the right size for what your feeding however you do risk mom canabalizing the litter if you mess with them or her prior to babies being 1wk old... of course theres really that risk until babies have fur...
