Unless they get covered in something incredibly gross that would harm them if you didnt get it off right away I wouldnt even try... I have had mice get respiratory issues from a leaky water bottle... O.o so to answer your question... exept in special circumstances NO mice do not need baths :)

Thank you!!!! I just wanted to make sure because I give rabbit, guinei pig, and hamster a bath every once and a while.I have a fich to but its supossed to be in water 24/7!
