many times they need different temps(sals and newts need it low, and frogs, generaly higher) newts have toxins thats produced in their skin, and toads toads and some frogs do aswell, so if either got in a fight, someone would die I know appropriately sized mole salamanders can be housed together, I had spotted and blue spotted salamanders housed together for a few months heres a good link to read on this subject Link |

The differing toxins in the water (oregon newt+ fb toads) would poison each other. Especially with the fact that Tarichas (oregon newts) are the most poisonous newts and would actually kill you pretty fast if you so decided to eat one. And keeping large community tanks even from one to a hundred species also poses the risk of natural selection where the weaker animals don’t eat as much and eventually wither away while the stronger ones survive. Less is more. I’ve heard of yellow spotted and blue spotted mixes before and I would say that that would be the best idea if you wanted to mix. |

and firebelly toads 99.99% eat the newts. It’s one of the most common mistakes in inexperienced keepers. Firebelly refers to having a red-orange coloured belly. Toads don’t discriminate and only eat newts with different coloured bellies, they don’t even notice. They eat anything. |

Try some tree frogs and aqutic newts/salamders so that the frog would be above the water were the newt/salamader is. If you do follow threw with this make sure what ever 2 species you chose grow to be around the same size. Or esl one might get eaten. |

As for FBTs and FBNs, their poison can easily kill each other. |
