 The stangist newt ever!

My newt is so weird. I had her down stairs the i moved her upstairs. The next morning i look in the tank and she s not there. After looking I found her in my hermit crab tank.So last night i was doing some cleaning and thought i would move her cage onto a different shelf. Once again she climbed out of her tank and was found by my cricket larve tank.
It seems to be that ever time i move her cage, just places not around inside she gets upset and takes of. Thankfuly i found her both times, but why do you think she does this.
It’s pretty wierd don’t cha think?

nothing is wrong with it, you just need a cover, like we said before, other wise your neewt is going to get out over and over again and soon it’s going to die

I ve had this newt for 7 years, it s never had a cover and this has never been a problem. Although I did move her into a different tank that has a cover, But her escaping has really never been a problem.

Just like people..they change their minds and want something different. For the newt’s sake, get a cover.

I did, and she got a 1 gallon up grade to a 3 gallon.
She also got a tank makeover!*yah*
