 New fire belly newt help please!!

Hello
I’m kinda new to this whole thing and I just got a new newt, i just have a couple of questions... can I touch or hold him? and what should the temperature be? I know that several ppl have said no warmer than 68 but how low can it go is low 60’s ok?

u can hold them and touch them but remember the salt from ur skin isn’t good for them so wash ur hands b4 and after everytime u hold them .. not sure about an exact temp make sure its nice a cool for them thats my advice
