 Attack?

i dont have a scorpion but i was wondering if you can handle them or do they try to attack u? and if they do attack u what is it like?

mostly depends on what type of scorpion you get.... if its your first one then i ( and probably everyone else here) would recommend an emperor scorpion.... you can pick them up and hold them, but try not to do it to often cause it will stress them out. All scorps have venom, but emps really arent strong( like a bee stingfrom what ive been told, never been stung by mine)and are more likely to pinch before sting.... for the most part they are pretty gentle, but from the couple ive had... they have personalities too( as weird as it sounds) becausemy one was more aggresive then the other

yeah it basicallydepends on what scorpion it is, i have 2 emps and one of them is psychotic and wont let me handle him, the other one is as docile as they get. If you tried handling a thick tail or a deathstalker, well then thats suicide basically lol, but yeah depends on what scorpion you have, even handling of asian forest scorpions is not recommended as they are more aggressive and have a slightly stronger venom than emps

yah.... my emp is more agressive then my olive-keeled flat rock.... if your starting out... i recommend a emperor... thats what i started with... hell, if you live close enough ill give you one or two haha
