if you found it in the US, probably a bark scorpion. Can pack a pretty good wallop depending on geographical location. Otherwise could be many different species, babycurus jacksoni comes to mind. With 1700 species, its tough to pinpoint exactly what it is. Deathstalker will have yellow and dark grey/black. Hope this
helps a little at least.
