 Emperor looks sick... :(

I was doing a routine mite check in my emperor’s tank, and noticed that he has yellow spots on his joints, which were never there before. Is this some type of illness or parasite? And how can I help him?

Substrate is coco fiber, temp and humidity are both 80. There is a female in the tank and she doesn’t have this problem, even though they were both introduced at the same time. Other than the yellow spots he acts completely normal, eats well, and is quite active at night.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

usually built up mites are white, ive got a couple on my scorpions but not enough to worry about
