 Hey need help asap!!

Hey just buying all i need to keep emp scorps only thing is when i ordered my heat mat i sent for the exo terra desert mat instead of the exo terra rainforest mat is there a huge difference as long as i maintian a good temp for them i don’t see a problem?? please help

anyways, I don’t use a heat mat
I use a heat lamp with a heat bulb because I used a heat mat before and it didn’t work so well for me.
There is probably a difference, but the rainforest mat seems like it’d work for an emperor scorpion since they’re a forest species.
Just make sure to play the mat on the side/back of the tank and not on the bottom.
Emperor scorpions tend to bury into the ground when it’s hot, so putting it on the bottom might just end up harming it.

I’ve had heat mats and in my opinion they all suck. Get a heat lamp like Dualll said.
