Urgent need help! sandfish skink 
Hi, i’m new to this fourm so I hope I posted this in the right section. I just rescued a sandfish skink, and I am not taking the word "rescued" lightly!.. the poor little guy’s spinal cord is very noticible his stomach is completly suken in. I don’t know much background information on him, all I do know is he was starved and put in a tank with no heat source. I took him in 5 days ago and every single day I tried feeding him, he won’t eat i’ve tried crickets i’ve tried mealworms. nothing is working, i’m afraid if he doesn’t eat soon he might die. I saw sandfish skinks before and they were very energetic, this little guy is half dead. he doesn’t move if you touch him, a couple times I thought he died but he is still breathing, only moves if he really has to. Please somebody help. I know almost nothing about these little guys but i would love to learn if anyone wants to see pictures of him I can post them. if there is any little tricks to getting them to eat please tell!! thank you in advanced! information on tank size, lighting, substrate etc. would be greatly appreciated!

Ok,
if he not dead yet than get him a uvb light ASAP!!!!!!! you really need one do you have a water dish? What kind of substrate do you have him on?

Thats the first thing I got :).. I had him on bone-aide sand.. I don’t know if it’s the same stuff as calci-sand just a different brand? but i’ve heard horrible stuff about calci sand.. are these rumors true? I will post pics later tonight when i’m home from work. thanx! O and yes to the water dish!

OMG!
poor little guy did you bring him to the vet? if not bring him to the vet he’ll probley tell you to force feed him is he eating yet?
