Looks alot like my enclosure for my Western, But for the substrate I used 1/4 garden soil, 2/4 coconut fiber, and 1/4 sand. I even have the same water dish!

Hey i’ve got a five lined and i was just woundering did you catch you skink in you back yard? Because i’m just curious. And that tank looks fine for it you may need some fake plants and maybe one good hide. Do you have a uvb?

ya, i caught’im in my neighborhood (he was trapped in sum old tub thing)

i hand fed him 4 crickets a few hrs after i got’im

i need new bulbs

the tank now has a background


does yours ever climb on the ceiling?? (my old one did that too)

I’ve got some logs like yours and he climbs all the time! lol he fell in the water bowl one time and looked at me like what the hell just happened!

Yeah my females climb up together then push each other off. (in front of the male)lol
Now they are breeding.(southern fivelined)

I don’t have a full picture of my 5-lines tank, but i have half of it.


The picture makes it look alot smaller than it is, don’t worry, she has alot of room to run around.
