 Black throat Skink Care

Hello. I had 2 black throat skinks (thats what the note said anyway) dropped off at the reptile rescue today and I was wondering if anyone knew where to get some care information for them? I’ve looked through different search engines and forums but can’t seem to find anything on these little guys. They’re cute with a light brownish greenish (think baby poo) body, black head and neck, light blue markings on the lower jaw and side of their neck and a slight bluish tinge on their sides and underbellies. They seem pretty tame. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I can’t get them to the vet until next Friday and kind of need to know what their prime temps would be, himidity level, and what to feed them! (I would think temp 85-90 ambient, 105 - 110 basking and for food small bugs and a veggie mix but humidity is where I really have no clue!)

 Black throat Skink Care

I recently got a black throated skink, I had posted awhile ago asking what other names it may have but no one really answered...I tried changing the name around, but still couldn’t find anything about them. From what I was told, they come from the same area as the rainbow skink, so they may have similar care requirements...Also they really like crickets, watching it each was like watching a shark attack movie. The cricket just gets pulled under the substrate and never seen again...they really do like to burrow, so a loose substrate is ideal. I haven’t brought the temp quite as high as what you have, I’ve been keeping it between 80-90, 95 being the hottest...I hope this helps, but maybe checking a rainbow skink caresheet could beneficial
